Wine description
This fine and supple wine is made by Thierry Boudinaud, one of the leading winemakers in the region. He knows how to create wines with a distinctive, balanced style that are fruit orientated, complex and elegant.

Blend
55% Cabernet Sauvignon & 45%  Merlot

Winemaking
High quality grapes are picked from selected southern French vineyards in the cool of early morning to make sure they reach the winery in perfect condition. Grapes are then de-stemmed and crushed, and fermentation takes place under careful supervision in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°c.

Tasting Notes
Deep red in colour, with intense aromas of ripe red plum and dark cherry accompanied by eucalyptus and liquorice notes. Rich and smooth on the palate, with juicy dark fruit flavours, a hint of spice and a long, satisfying finish.

Food Match
Enjoy on its own, or match with roasted or grilled meats, casseroles or mild cheese. Best served between 16 and 18°c

Wine description
This crisp and fresh white wine is made by Thierry Boudinaud, one of the leading winemakers in the region. He knows how to create wines with a distinctive, balanced style that are fruit orientated, complex and elegant.

Winemaking
High quality grapes are picked from selected southern French vineyards in the cool of early morning to make sure they reach the winery in perfect condition. Fermentation takes place under careful supervision in stainless steel tanks at a controlled, cold temperature of 16-18°c to preserve aromas.  After the first racking, the wine is aged on its lees and stirred once a week to impart flavours.

Tasting Notes
A fresh and zesty Sauvignon Blanc with aromatic notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Light and elegant on the palate, with flavours of crisp green apple and grapefruit.

Food Match
Perfect served chilled as a refreshing aperitif or partnered with chicken, seafood or pasta dishes.
