Colomba Bianca was founded in 1970 as a cooperative of wine growers from the Trapani province of Sicily, where the hot Mediterranean climate produces intensely flavoured, rich wines full of complexity and character. Elqui Valley, Chile
Viña Mayu embodies the pioneering spirit of the Olivier family, who first brought winemaking to Chile’s most northerly winegrowing region. Despite being one of the driest regions on earth, the Elqui Valley is blessed with unique microclimate, with more than 300 days of sunshine a year. Although average rainfall is low, the snow melt and glaciers in the Andes ensure there is enough water to sustain the vines.

Seattle-based Precept Wine was founded in 2003 by Andrew Browne. It is the largest privately held wine producer in the Pacific Northwest and a top 20 American wine producer. With deep roots representing 30 years of Northwest investments in the wine industry, it owns and operates more than 4,200 acres of vineyards across Washington, Idaho, New Mexico and Oregon.
Laurent Miquel is a family-owned and operated winery described by Jancis Robinson as “one of the most reliable and forward-looking in the Languedoc”.
